Ruima Coated Bearings & Pulleys ("Ruima", "we", "us" or "our") is the business presented on ruimabearing.com. We supply coated bearings, bearing components and pulley products and respond to business purchasing and customization inquiries.

This policy describes our handling of personal information received through this website, our inquiry channels, and Facebook or Instagram lead advertisements using Meta Instant Forms. For the information provided to us, Ruima is responsible for the purposes and use described here. Meta and other platforms also process information under their own privacy policies.

• Contact information you submit: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name, country or region, and other contact details included in the form you choose to complete.
• Inquiry and business information: the products you are interested in, specifications, quantities, intended application, delivery requirements, messages, drawings or sample photos you send us.
• Form and communication records: submission time, the form or advertisement associated with your inquiry, your stated contact preferences, and our correspondence with you, where available.
• Website and device information: technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages requested, and security or delivery logs processed by website service providers. Advertising measurement data is described in section 6.

The fields shown on the form determine what we request. Please provide business inquiry information only; do not include identity document numbers, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in a lead form.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and provide product information, quotations, sample arrangements and technical or customization discussions.
• Contact you through the details you provide, including email, phone or WhatsApp, about your request and its follow-up.

4. Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms

When you submit one of our Meta Instant Forms on Facebook or Instagram, the information you choose to submit is made available to Ruima so we can respond to the request described in the advertisement and form. Meta may prefill some fields from your account; you can review the information before submission.

We use these leads for the stated inquiry or offer, related product discussions, and follow-up through the contact details provided. We do not sell or rent personal information collected through Meta Instant Forms. Any service provider handling a lead for us may use it only to help with the relevant service and applicable obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of the information held by Ruima, or ask us to stop contacting you, using the contact in section 10. Meta's handling of information on its platforms is explained in the Meta Privacy Policy. A request to Ruima concerns our records; requests concerning Meta's own records should also be made through Meta's privacy tools.

5. When information is shared

Information may be accessed by personnel who handle your request and by service providers needed to operate our inquiry and business services, such as website hosting and security, form delivery, email, messaging and advertising measurement providers.

Our website inquiry forms use Web3Forms to deliver submissions. Website delivery may involve Netlify and Cloudflare. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or interact with Facebook or Instagram, those services process information under their own terms and policies.

We may also disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request, or as necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or address a security issue. Information supplied for an inquiry is not made publicly available by us.

6. Cookies, local storage and advertising measurement

The website stores your advertising preference in your browser's local storage. On pages using Meta Pixel, the pixel is enabled after you select Allow tracking. It can report website visits, successful inquiry submissions and WhatsApp link clicks to Meta for advertising measurement, together with technical information processed by Meta's tools.

You may select Reject tracking and continue using the website. To change your choice, open Cookie settings in the footer of a website page that provides that control, such as the home page. Browser settings can also manage cookies and local storage. Changing a website tracking choice does not withdraw a lead form you already submitted; contact us separately about an existing inquiry.

This privacy policy page can be read without enabling advertising tracking.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of inquiry follow-up, any ongoing business relationship, and applicable legal, accounting or dispute-related retention requirements. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to any required retention.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information submitted to us has been misused.

8. Your privacy choices and requests

To stop marketing or inquiry follow-up, tell us directly or reply to our communication asking us to stop. You do not need to submit a new lead form.

9. International processing, children and policy updates

Ruima operates in China and serves customers in other countries. Information may be processed in China and in other locations where the service providers involved in your inquiry operate. Cross-border processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements.

Our business inquiry channels are intended for adults purchasing or discussing industrial products, and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us to request its removal.

We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The revised policy will appear at this address with an updated date. Where required, we will provide further notice or request consent for material changes.
